News - Novice B Gold Medal in Nepean Tournament

Ajax/Pickering Ringette Novice B went undefeated in Nepean (November 20th-22nd) to win the gold. Having 3 of our players leading the division in points as well as goaltending.
The girls started off the tournament beating Ottawa 13-0, Nepean 11-2, GCRA (Gloucester) 4-1....to then face West Ottawa in the finals with a 5-4 victory.
A great team effort from everyone: Corilee Ainsworth, Emily Cirone, Kristen Russell, Alanna Assenza, Alexandria Blake, Alyssa Perzyla, Kaitlyn Cowie, Mackenzie Erickson, Carah Jones and Laney Frost.......and the bench staff Brenda Cowie (Team Manager), Dianna Assenza (Trainer), Liz Frost (Assistant Coach), Scott Summers (Goalie Coach) and Kim Savage (Head Coach).
Congratulations girls - a gold medal well deserved.
