A $75.00 deposit, dated no later than May 15, 2007 must accompany registration forms, and a cheque for the balance post dated no later than Sept 14, 2007.

A SURCHARGE OF $25.00 IS APPLIED TO ANY REGISTRATION RECEIVED AFTER May 15, 2007.

NOTE:  Members are required to participate in Association fundraising & local tournament activities. Further information will be communicated in early September.

Teams based out of Pickering will be required to volunteer for the PRA649 fundraiser per registered Ringette player or pay additional $100 in registration.

INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
