Players must attend their home association try-out skates. Failure to attend tryouts at the home association will result in a player being denied a release.

Players need to have this form completed if they plan to try-out for another association and signed by the Association President.

Cost:  $20 per skate for A/AA (1.5 hours each);  $15 per skate for B (1 hour)

Maximum payment for any player is 2 skates - ex. if a player goes to the 2 AA skates and then the A skate, they only paid at the first two.

Required:  plain practice jersey (no association jerseys) - water bottle

You can now access the receipts by going to the web site, clicking on "Registration". Scrolling to the bottom, click on the "click here" in the Income Tax Receipts area. Enter the Login and Password (or clicking on the "click here" if you forgot or don't have your Login and Password). The "Login" is your email address which you entered when registering.  The program will send the "Password" to your email address.
